We cater for a variety of palates & are very reasonably priced. Along with our main menus we also have our hot & cold buffet menus for functions
Our real ales are kept to a high standard & we were awarded
'The Cask Marque Award' in 2011. We currently have on pump Otter & Doombar, our guest ale is at present 'Directors' We have a very good wine selection available offering a wine to suit every one
The Golden Lion was built between 1700-1725 & become Grade 2 listed in July 1975 & is known to be haunted. The ghosts are very friendly & sometimes play tricks on us, all in good fun of course.
